Day 1:
Today we went to Aletsch which is a Ski range that is in the Swiss alps and since Josef is a great skier he decided that we needed to here. I wouldn’t ski though so I got a snowboard instead, it was so fun snowboarding but after a few wipeouts I had to sit for a bit. While Josef went to the highest part in the range the top of Fiescheralp. He said that I needed to do that also but I would not do it so he did it twice more when we got back from lunch.

At lunch we ate at Bellevue Palace 4 and ½ star Restaurant and Hotel in Bern. It was authentic swedish cuisine I had the Fried Pike-Perch Fillet with Crayfish Tortellini and Truffled Peas. Josef had the Sautéed Fillet of Rabbit and Brandade on Carrot and Pistachio Mousse. They were both very good but I think mine was better because I wasn’t eating a rabbit but Josef thought his was better because he hates fish. We had such a good time today and we can’t wait until what we do tomorrow.
